˚ˋঌ˖ Please check my Art & DNI section for my DNI criteria. I have a right to refuse art for anyone on it however, to clarify, I am more than happy to draw characters or media we both like. It only becomes an issue where I will deny an art trade if you claim to like my favourite characters/their media more than me˚ˋঌ˖ I will deny drawing Karlach as an art trade or commission for anyone, free requests so long as it’s her with canon characters (romance can only be the women, I will deny drawing her x men), my ocs, or your ocs (mutuals only preferably and IN A NON ROMANTIC CONTEXT) are okay. I’m sorry but she’s far too dear to me.˚ˋঌ˖ Additionally I may refuse to draw for people who self-ship/yumeship with characters I am very attached to and those my friend Zoppy is very attached to out of respect for her since we both have similar feelings on the matter.˚ˋঌ˖ I may deny an art trade for any reason, even if the reasoning is not explicitly stated beforehand in my TOS or advertisement.˚ˋঌ˖ If you make me uncomfortable at any point I reserve the right to cancel the trade and block you. I am rarely block people, but if you say or do anything that clearly makes me feel unsafe or severely mistreated I will let you know and take appropriate action.˚ˋঌ˖ I cannot not draw characters that do not have clear references. I need something to go off and cannot not draw something that only has a mood board, for example.˚ˋঌ˖ Please PLEASE message me regarding progress updates, questions, concerns, etc. I’m very slow when working so I understand being concerned. Please if you’re worried don’t be afraid to dm me!! Or if we have similar interests, and you want to infodump? PLEASE DO!! I would LOVE to infodump right back Just keep in mind I am autistic and have severe anxiety so I am very awkward and shy around unfamiliar people. I am also chronically online so if I reply too quickly I promise I’m not stalking for a response, I’m just ALWAYS on.˚ˋঌ˖ My TAT is usually between a couple days to 1-2 weeks, but may be anywhere from 1-5 weeks as I am often severely demotivated. I will clearly communicate to you when this happens/if my TAT expectations change. Please communicate with me as well. I get anxious if I’m not sure what’s going on on the other end and am more than happy to give you extra time if you have consistently sent proof of progress.˚ˋঌ˖ I am happy to make revisions as long as it's fair to me. I am okay with adding minor details I may have missed, such as piercings or scars. I am not willing to redo entire poses or body parts so please clearly communicate any important details I may need to know. MINOR revisions apply to the line art, flat colouring and rendering stages.˚ˋঌ˖ Any art I make of your character may be used as examples of my art in the future. All characters will be properly credited to their owners in any post that singles a person's character(s) out, but may not be credited in a posting where I show multiple unrelated art pieces. For example, if I post to show my art trade work for a single person, that person will be credited in the post. If I post a collage or portfolio for an art trade or commissions listing, I may not credit each and every character owner or media piece.˚ˋঌ˖ All pieces I create will have a watermark on it. During the art process, all updates of my art will be sent with a large/messy watermark. When the piece is finished I will provide a single, clean watermark on once both sides of an art trade are complete with proof. Watermark placement can be discussed but it will not be solid colour and I will not move it anywhere that's easily removable/croppable.˚ˋঌ˖ Do not claim that my art is yours, you must credit my art if you use it. My toyhouse, artfight and tumblr are listed on the first page of my carrd, any of them work just fine for credit. If you’re unsure on where to credit, please ask which platform you should credit me on.˚ˋঌ˖ You may upload my art WITH CREDITS (you don’t need to ask) to your OC’s toyhouse/artfight/etc. pages but you MUST credit me. Do not upload my art anywhere without credit and please do not upload it to another social media account.˚ˋঌ˖ You may use my art that I made of YOUR CHARACTER as a profile picture or banner with EXPLICIT CREDIT (you don’t need to ask) Do not use my other art as a profile picture or banner.˚ˋঌ˖ Do not try to art trade me with AI "art." Do not feed my art to AI.˚ˋঌ˖ I have the right to add, remove, or otherwise edit anything in my TOS.
